Dr. Woods graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and completed his anesthesiology residency at UT Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. Dr. Woods also spent seven years in the United States Air Force, where he served as Chief of Aerospace Medicine and Flight Surgeon for the 28th Bomb Squadron.
Since joining the NorthStar team, he has become increasingly involved in the development of innovative computer systems and technological projects, which continue to give NorthStar a leading edge in the healthcare market. He is also recognized throughout the country as a thought leader in informatics development and speaks regularly around the nation on this subject.
Dr. Woods is currently responsible for managing and deploying all of the company’s systems and best-practice policies, allowing NorthStar to excel within each facility.
