Judit Varkonyi-Sepp

Judit is a research psychologist in the National Institute for Health Research-funded Biomedical Research Centre in Southampton. She works with Professor Sandy Jack and her team on the Wessex Fit-4-Cancer-Surgery (Wesfit) prehabilitation programme.

Judit's background is in clinical, counselling and coaching psychology and she is currently qualifying as a health psychologist. Judit is the psychology lead on the Wesfit programme, looking into optimising psychological support in prehabilitation for patients scheduled for cancer surgery.
